Ruri Gokou, better known as Kuroneko, from Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai.
I love how much commotion this anime caused and, as such, is one of my favorites. While I wasn't up in arms regarding KyousukexKirino, I preferred KyousukexKuroneko. Meh. Regarding the drawing, there are a lot of things that I could have done better, especially with that fucking. Hair.
