this is the outfit that Jo usually wears when in John Gutter for any replay after the first playthrough. she can get this outfit by getting all of the achievements in the level. same goes for all levels including boss fights.

(side note: she can't wear an outfit from a specific level if she isn't in that level. she'll just switch to the level she's entering's outfit automatically. also she doesn't have any outfits that Peppino has.)
