The secret is this: you have draw, to draw, to draw and to draw again. it's a question of practice too, not just talent IMO. With practice you can get well for sure, constantly. and your drawings are an axcellent starting point, you can work on them!

I like the Sherlock one and the character of Amelia is interesting! I'm curious how she will elvolve in next chapters
Just... if I can say a little note: in BBC version Sherlock always calls John... "John" XD in the second chapter the line "Watson!" is a little out of character, but absolutely in my opinion however, if you go on doing what you love, you'll be the best one day for sure don't give up!

Aww thank you! I'm always trying to get people to read my work, its not much but I enjoy it thanks for that, I'll change it, whats your opinion on the Sherlock/John slash, theres so much suggestion on the BBC series, i think it would be an intersting topic...meh, who knows

shatzy-shell In reply to blaizeskulduggery10 [2010-10-07 11:23:23 +0000 UTC]

Oh well, I'm for the slash, (almost) always lol
It's obvious, there is a subtext, this Sherlock is intentionally shifty. All those lines between Sherlock and John in the eps! XD just wonderful. I don't know very much about the books of Conan Doyle, I really know & like Sherlock just from Guy Ritchie's movie, but... I think the ambiguity is in the character from the beginning. And then... Sherlock is charming, and he intrigues John, even if in a non-sexual way (who knows? XD). Their strict relationship is the foundation of the show (and this intrigues US! XD)

Personally, I'm a big lover of the slash, its such a perfect relationship. Even if it highlights the fantastic relationship these two men have...its still perfect. I think Benedict Cumberbatch is simply gorgeous though...did you know, he got asked to play the elventh Doctor Who (aka Matt Smith) and equally Matt Smith auditioned for the part of Watson! Its a small acting world... your right though about how charming and intriguing Sherlock is...the audience are all drawn to him. Sherlock is much the same in Conan Doyle's books, but obviously a different time period, I think because he's so different and the worlds only consulting detective XD he's so popular. But sooo much inuendo...
John: "Got a girlfriend?"
Sherlock: "Hmm? No, not really my field..."
*awkward silence*
John: "Got a boyfriend, not that theres anything wrong with that..."
Sherlock: "No I havent..."
John: "Oh...unattached...like me..."
*cough from Sherlock*
Sherlock: "Look John, as much as I am flattered by your advances, I consider myself married to my work an-"
John: "No! No - I wasnt saying anything like that at all..."
Sherlock: "Thats good then..."
*very long awkward silence*
That has to be my favorite scene...haha XD
omg...did you scream at the telly when Moriarty appeared. I was like - "YOU CANNOT BE THAT EVIL AND SOUND THAT GAY!"
"I'm the one you've been waiting for...I'm Moriarty...HAII!!" that was funny...XD

I read about Cumberbacth as Eleven Doctor and Matt Smith as Watson (I'm a big Doctor Who fan. But I think is obvious from my artsm eheh ). Both DW and Sherlock are written by Steven Moffat & Mark Gatiss, so... the castings are often strictly linked, I think )
For sure they would be amazing in every role... and however, I still hope in a BIG role for Benedict in Doctor Who. Rumors, I seem to remember, says that he could be the next Master. It would be AMAZING (he would be just a PERFECT Master! Even if I hope that John Simm will return, at least one more time again... I desperately love John Simm ). But who knows if it is the truth!

Yeees, those great lines! But my favourite scene is when Sherlock is in dressing gown in The Great Game when he shoots to the wall and John comes in the living room. How they squabble! Like a couple! And Sherlock that curls up on the sofa like a cat, sulky! Ahaha, so sweet! XD
And then... then THE line.
...
...
"... BUT IT'S THE SOLAR SYSTEM!!".
It's absolutely my favourite moment. It always crack me up till tears, LOOOL. :°D

Oh, and Moriarty! Such a great, great character, sooo cute hihih (and yesss, so gay and so complementary to Sherlock! XD I adore him, he's the cutest villain ever I can't wait to know how will end the last scene... AW. Sherlock! John! Moriarty! Bomb! --> ohh, and the "That thing... that you did... that... um... you offered to do... that was... UM... good". Waaaah. SO sweet. the entire scene. Hihih.)

Oh I totally agree the scene at the swimming pool - so cute XP cant wait for the new series, so excited i've added a new chapter to my fanfic, if youd like to take a look, chuck another twist in i've nearly finished it, but I'm gonna start another one, Sherlock/John...few drabbles etc...I'm such a sucker for that kind of thing XD its nice to find someone with a passion for the program - its amazing <3

Come ti trovi con la favolosa Cintiq?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

shatzy-shell In reply to elivi [2010-09-13 09:24:44 +0000 UTC]

Grazie!!

elivi In reply to shatzy-shell [2010-09-13 17:25:11 +0000 UTC]

XDDD)

shatzy-shell In reply to elivi [2010-09-13 19:07:16 +0000 UTC]

Esatto!
