YOCS did a Valentine's/Hearts and Hooves Day episode critiquing MLP OCs Valentine themed! I was inspired and decided to make one as well!

Velvet Arrows was born in Canterlot, and sh discovered her true talent at an early age. She was very mature for her age, and she made friends with ponies from higher grades. She learned about dating and all that stuff so one day, one of her friends was anxious on asking their friend on a date. Velvet gave them tips and the friend was able to date the friend. When she found out about the good news, she began to help other ponies. She got her cutie mark and throughout her entire school life, she was the teen matchmaker.

She now has a dating business helping both Mares and Stallions falling in love. But her business was failing since she wasn't helping on finding their true love, just trying to get them to be with the pony of their dreams. She learned from her mistake and her business was booming. One particular client, Ash Burn, asked for help and she was willing to help. Ash wanted to be with a Mare he had met but she wasn't very interested so Velvet helped in getting her attention and getting Ash some chances but was failing. She had told Ash that the mare he was after had no interest and that it was best if he were to find some pony else. Because they've been working together for so long, they both grew feelings for each other, but Ash was determined to be with the other mare, denying his true feelings for another. Velvet finds out that Ash was a Changeling and refused to work with him anymore (she believes changelings are unlovable and are only after love to feed it off their "partners"). Ash begged and had told her what had happened and she began to help again. She wasn't confident that he would be with this mare but she made it clear she had a thing for him. Ash finally gives up on the other mare and gives Velvet a chance and they both hit it off the bat.

Its a simple love story but her! It works :3 At least to me it does
