....it's so cold in here..

Oh yes I think I went mad with this : D look cell shading again! I really get to like this simple shading style seriously it's way quicker than my usual semi realistic style haha don't worry I'm not going to drop my old technique I just needed some peactise with the cell methode since I'm going to use it for my upcoming comic 'Moonwhispering' yes I finally made a desicion..

so somehow I got inspired to draw my TSV character Raylen. and this is a quite important part of his past, but I'm not going to tell you more about it since it's ruining the rp fun for my fellow TSV guys ;D... at least in my opinion.
I tell you this rp group is more than just fun is so inspirering and everything love the guys there and their awesome texting.
so as you can see my little guy is still a foal in here and not showing up any signs of greying out, which also has some importance for his whole story. All alone during winter he somehow found his way to the Khoya herd.. nobody knows where he came from, no one knows why he was alone and it's a big question how he survived the harsh winter in this time. When somebody asks him about it he's always saying that he doesn't know anything about it anymore... but I can tell you that this is a huge lie. he remembers everything very well, just doesn't want to talk about it.
maybe if somebody really gets his trust and when Ray becomes sentimental, he'd tell.

so back to the picture again. I partly tried the gridding technique with this. I have to say it really is a nice thing especially for legs and the whole pose at all... well but I messed up gridding his head so I just drew it free hand also at the end I didn't pay lot attention to the grid anymore and just drew :3. So as I said before this is also kind of a practise for my comic you may know that I tried cell shading before but somehow I wasn't too statifised with the result I got back then, so I changed some things within the technique and now I seriously love it
oh and btw this picture was really a quicky xD I started it last night and if I wouldn't have experiment so much with the shading it would have took me just a few hours

looking forward to starting the comic but first I'm gonna get my trades and stuff done
