BIO\APPEARANCE:
These hellhounds were created by Alma Wade and only appear in "F.3.A.R.". Yet, they are controlled by, The Creep. They are four feet tall and look like charred humans with canine-like hind legs. They also have neanderthal shaped skulls, sharp jagged teeth, long arms and very large palms! Apparently, they are the embodiment of all of Alma's tortured memories as a child. In F.3.A.R., Alma is pregnant. As a result, when her contractions increase in intensity, the Scavengers, along with other creatures from her mind, begin to bleed over into the real world! Plus, there have been sightings and reports of a blue Scavenger. That may be more powerful than the rest.

TACTICS:
Scavengers are ruthless and torturing creatures! They have a bottomless appetite for human flesh and blood! Therefore, they'll attack anyone! As soon as one Scavenger senses its prey, it calls on the rest to join the hunt. Only working together, will they ruthlessly consume their prey. Furthermore, their attacking maneuvers consists of scratching and lunging to bite your throat, or tearing open your stomach.

FIGHTING SCAVENGERS:
Scavengers are pretty weak. Due to their size and having no real powers or abilities. Therefore, they are pretty easy to kill. Although, they are very powerful in numbers. In other words, when going up against a pack of Scavengers, you will usually fight four at the same time. At this point, they will most definitely be clawing and scratching at you. So just keep your distance, walk backwards and shoot them at the same time. Maybe even find some higher ground; so they can't get to you so easily. Remember, Scavengers are weak. So even the weakest weapon in your arsenal can destroy them. Especially your knife! Don't forget your knife! Most of the time, when they get too close, your knife can take them down with one swing! When fatally injured, flames will start to appear on their bodies, indicating how much health they have left.
