My character is a shapeshifter who has, historically, adopted canine/lupine/vulpine-ish guises (i.e. the ones you see here) simply because he likes them. However, of late I've decided to see if it's possible to integrate draconian traits into the character's "traditional" guise, as the symbolism is more existentially pleasing to me. So, if you can create some sort of mixology there that works out, awesome.
Bear in mind that Terra is a quantum manipulator, so the laws of physics and materials science need not apply. Let your imagination take it away.
Note also that the hair color is the only thing that really needs to stay, and feel free to use as much or as little muscle as you feel works.
