I never heard about the big five and I read your journal. It's flattering to ask me for a request, however the requests are closed for the moment. Thank you for your enthusiasm, your idea is cute and could be funny even if it sounds very familiar to Hiccup's challenge
I understand that you would like another challenge, but this series is really over and I'm not doing a sequel. If I ever start a big4 series in the future, I might add references to this adventure but it won't be a direct sequel
Last but not least, even if I'm a Jackunzel fan, I think it's way too early to add any kind of romance in this au. imo friendship is more important in short stories like these. Even if I tease the mericcup fans a lot, in the end Merida and Hiccup are just friends. Eventually IF I get to draw more it will evolve to something else but I'd rather take my time and develop the relationships my way

OH GOD.... Their facial expression in each panel.... my sides hurt from laughing so hard.

My overall assessment:

  You got too cocky towards the end man. You should have known they would have posted someone to guard the flag

  Dude, it's cute and you know it   


 C'mon, it cant be that hard now that you know what they're capable of   

 You had the easiest out of all the challenges. They were all worried for nothing (psst I know who the mystery occupant is)

 Don't take this personally I'm surprised you won. I was under the impression you lost because you had 'given up'

 I knew you didn't have it in you. It was only a matter of time.

I had lots of fun drawing each facial expression but I lost my hand after rendering Merida's hair
At the beginning of the series Rick was supposed to be just an extra to show that the there are other teens in the au. But he slowly grew on me, I made him the kind of "normal" guy unwillingly tangled with a group of friends doing crazy stuff imo, the last slide with him crossdressing sums up well his situation

Your series was loads of fun and I enjoyed each and every challenge. The small moments in between were nice weather is was friendship or teasing in a relationship. The side characters like the triplets and Rick who were included and stayed true to their character was great. And don't even get me started on all the cameo appearances. I usually read fanfics of this fandom so it was nice to actually find a comic of said fandom. In the future, if you ever decided on doing more ROTBTFD, even though its done already and is fairly popular, a Pokémon series would be nice. Weather you do a comic version, or just shots of each character with their Pokémon(s) is up to you. I'm just curious as to which Pokémon you feel best suit each character. Its up to you if their companions -Toothless, Baby Tooth, Angus, Pascal, Mashmallow and Olaf- are pokefied or not.

Oh and speaking of pokemon,   Remember when you called yourself a slowpoke?

Thanks again   I admit it was hard to dose the right amount of friendship/teasing and deciding if adding a cameo is too much or not. I'm glad the whole thing turned out well it taught me a lot for the next projects.
It's incredible how many fandoms and crossover possibilities are out there!! Personally, I still can't wrap my mind around the Big4 at Hogwarts, it looks ultra cool and at the same time kind of weird it's very exciting to see all this creativity being shared on internet! I assume the rotbtfd fandom isn't going to die soon even if the canon movies are starting to get old
Thanks for proposing your idea, I prefer to tell you first that I'm more likely going to stick to my AU in my future projects. That doesn't mean that you have to let go your pokemon crossover idea (tbh I don't know if it exists already or not). A crossover with Pokemon sounds fun at first, but I have to admit that it would be much more difficult to actually set. From my limited experience, when you build an AU you have to make sure that everything is coherent and have and have an explanation for how things are even if people won't see it. Even if you end up with a totally goofy irrational world, if it's coherent, people will follow it. Your crossover raises a ton of questions that has to be answered like what is the nature of the world there are in and what's the goal of the protagonists? If you copy the pokemon game, then the protagonists are in a world full of wild creatures and their goal will be to catch them all. Also, pokemons have various powers and their master just send them to fight. In that case, what about Jack and Elsa? They have ice powers and have to keep them because it's part of their identity.
If they're part of the bad guys team, it makes sense because they can use their powers to capture unfairly the pokemons. If you don't want them in the bad guys team, you kinda lose the upside of their powers because they musn't use it to capture the pokemons. The only way out would be to use their powers against the bad guys, which reduces a bit the usefulness of their incredible powers. It's a bit similar to they questions I have towards Big4 at Hogwarts: Elsa, Rapunzel and Jack aren't unique anymore because everyone has an access to magic. It's not a big problem in itself and I really enjoy the fandom, I just can't help to think it's a bit of a shame. Anyway sorry for the looong reply, I'm just giving some food for thought I maintain that it's an interesting universe, if you dig a little more it could be a really cool
I admit that I haven't explain neither the origins of my AU and how the group came together and are accepted by the society they are in. I already thought about that and I hope I'll have enough time and energy to explain that one day. I don't know if the readers can feel through the comics that reason but I know it's important to build the universe properly before telling stories in them.
And yes that slowpoke is totally me when I'm asked about new anime and games although, tbh, I finally did some catch up with recent manga/anime (mob psycho is dope), I just didn't have the opportunity to watch the classics
