This tutorial is for advance level.I use mouse and tablet and Photoshop cs6

In this tutorial Ive explained everything about how to smooth skin and make it into painted look and how to shadow and highlighting step by step. Ive explained how I drew the hair but as I'm not professional at drawing hair I suggest you to try other painting hair tutorials too.

sorry me again! I am currently using a mouse no problem, the hair is going to be the hard part I think (I do have a tablet but cannot be bothered to get it out!)

For the hair Yes I drew hair with the mouse but the result is softer and smoother when you work with table.
