Hey guys~I need some help from you guys to judge my artwork today. I want to know which one do you like the most. I've labelled each of them by A,B,C and D.
This artwork is going to be displayed in an exhibition at Mad Art Gallery, St. Louis. I haven't mentioned this but I've been asked to participate in their exhibition few weeks back.

D. i say D.
though i had a tough time choosing between A and D. i choose D. it just looks nicer.
tha might sound weird but it does. it has an eerie softness about it.

I must say its a pretty hard decision ;_;
The illustration itself is attention grabbing but for it stand above the rest a bit of colour can do the trick; I seem to keep landing my eye on A and D on that note.
A because i personally like black and white work; I find it more eye-appealing then B.
C i think the colours are too similar and the skin colour just mixing with the others doesn't really allow people to see the illustration as much as it can. Which is why I lean towards D because of the simplicity of the skin colour allows the other colours and elements to stand out in their own spotlights.
So it then comes down to A or D. This particular illustration has wonderful detail. While colour helps the illustration a lot- whether its very effective or not is the question.
I think a bit of that detail is lost amongst the colour and does not define much of the illustration detail. HOWEVER it adds such a serene and soft feel to it so i guess it compensates what i just said.
I guess its your choice but I think i have to go towards D. though i like A comes to a close second XD

Everyones opinions would be varied but at least there would be a majority who will all like a certain artwork and hopefully that allows those who see the gallery to see the same i guess xDDD

And honestly.. I'm a fan of pencil, so I really like A but I also like D if you want to go with a coloured one.

Coloured version is ok also but i just felt that my skills didn't make it look good enough lol OTL

D, I think it shows a great understanding of colour coordination, the blending of many shades, to make them look so natural without being garish. All great work, shows very good technical skill
