Produced by the United African Nation's Government in association with the Texis Corporation, the Midas was commissioned by and named for his greatness, the Supreme Warlord King Midas, eternal ruler of the UAN. The Supreme Warlord King Midas decrees that all warriors in the UAN Protectorate Forces be issued the Midas so that when they are on the battle field they are reminded that their Supreme Warlord King is always with them. The Midas is to be used in all UAN Protectorate Force ceremonies and all warriors are to know the 100 step Midas parade drill. This has been decreed by the Supreme Warlord King Midas.

This gun was designed for my friend Nick Mc's role play universe "Brick" specifically for the united continent of Africa also known as the United African Nation ruled by his greatness, the Supreme Warlord King Midas, eternal ruler of the UAN. (His full title) It is important to note that the Midas is a rather poor weapon of low quality meant more for ceremonial use and to look good. It is unclear if his greatness, the Supreme Warlord King Midas, eternal ruler of the UAN is ignorant of this fact or simply doesn't care.
