This was just a fun and quick homage to the old comic book ads that featured the Aurora monster models.I used to just stare at those old ads in awe as a kid.

Ahh, the memories!.
I was building those even before they started making the glow in the dark versions!
I still have my original Batman model (built)
and a couple unbuilt re-issues by Polar Lights.
I have a book containing a crapload of old Aurora intstuction sheets.

That is really cool. I used to design resin kits and the group I worked for did a Hitchcock kit where the box was like an old aurora painting.
Ha ha, the forgotten proisoner was my favorite. I remember seeing the comic ad that had three of those kits.

We still have those Aurora models hanging around the house here. The mummy has been made for years, and Frankie went awol ages ago so I had to buy another to replace him but we have the others.

We have so many you'd probably love it. I used to build them but my other half is the big collector and used to be builder (when we had time).
I seriously want to get these bad boys up and on display again though.

Yeah, you'd probably love it here...utter mayhem with all the goodies being built for customers, toys on shelves everywhere and general fun disorder.
