I love her candid expression! It tells so much about her.
I also like the tunnel element. I feel like it could be centered a bit more to the right, but that is a minor complaint. The little kid beside her is a bit distracting, but sometimes you can't control all of the conditions. There's a bit of the scanner bed showing at the top, and I think it could use a nice border. But the photo concept was excellent and this is a great portrait of a cute little girl.
