What an unlucky apple tree!

My submission for NATG IX: Day 11! Today's prompt was "Draw a pony in a pickle / Draw a pony with rotten luck." And that's some mighty rotten luck, AJ. Litterally!
So yeah, this was about the first idea that popped into my mind, so I decided to draw it! Though my original idea had an entire field of trees with rotten apples, but I decided that was going to be too much work after doing a rough planning sketch I wanted something a little easier to draw this time, hence why AJ's cropped and facing away from the camera. But then I did a background, so xD But I tried to keep is as simple as I could while still looking like it had just enough going on, so I didn't draw to late into the night.

So yeah, was fun to experiment with apples and the tree was quite fun to draw! And experiemented with cloud drawing; I kinda' just made it up on the spot Though, surprisingly, the most fun thing was getting to draw all the rotten apples xD I probably would've gone for a while drawing them and having a couple more fallen out of the tree and smooshed, etc., because how much I was enjoying doing it xD Like the little worm. Who knew rotten apples would be fun to draw?

And AJ's not got her hat because she threw it on the ground when she saw the rotten apple tree. I just couldn't be bothered drawing it in-frame (I was going to, but then decided not to ) so she threw it out of frame
