This is a picture of a neat ring I am drawing. It was supposed to get me into using pencil crayons for the first time in 6 years... but I liked it in pencil so much I just had to press forward.

This is on page one of my new sketch book as the old sketch book has disappeared in my basement

I hope maybe I can do some digital painting samples with it in the near future, once it is completed.

Medium: Pencil, HB 2 - Canadian Naturals Pencil (previously known as 'Enviro-Sticks' )

My quirk about my drawing pencils is that they can't have paint on them or I just don't 'feel' the drawing as much. I need to feel the fibres of the bare wood.
