Pony Creator is very fun, but the color selections just are awful! I have a screenshot on my computer of Fluttershy's cutie mark, and I made a Fluttershy on the pony creator, and added the cutie mark on it, but the colors did not match. Honestly, I have a Fluttershy screenshot, and the colors were right but what the heck?
Please don't get me wrong,
the pony creator is the best

Thank you for this comparison! I often rely on the creator to "get ideas on paper" rather than playing around on my own, and you've opened my eyes about the pitfalls of that practice.

agreed. I have 2 very different shades of green for one of my OC's. The pony maker screws it up, because the outline is dark green and the fill is light green

I would like to point out that there is no 'incorrect' way of drawing these ponies
Unless you want to completely copy the shows style, the anatomy shouldnt matter that much
Its better to create your own style of drawing the ponies in my opinion, than just copy everything from the show

Yeah, but anatomy still matters, show style are not. I've seen so many artists draw pony legs that are supposed to be bent a certain way, but just look broken.
