I'm posting tutorials
and here is the first part
and now I will right the steps again

1- first Draw a circle or oval shape , accoring to how long or round you want the face to look like (this one is round) , i rather not draw the eye , moth and nose lines before i draw the chin and face shape

2- step two is drawing the face shape

3- start to work on the face details and draw where the eye , eyebrows , nose and mouth will be

4- Do the details

5- draw thin lines to how the hair is gonna look like

6- draw the hair

7- draw the eyes and erase the begining lines
