Description
So since I decided to reboot DreamWoman.EXE and give her a new operator, along with a new backstory, I decided to redesign her as well.

This design isn't my own, though -- lovinglywayward designed her for me, because I had no idea how to make the gown and helmet she suggested work on a NetNavi. Huge thanks to her for helping me out!

Of course, I picked the colors and designed her emblem. I decided to go for a very light blue for her skin color instead of a natural skin tone, because not all NetNavis have a natural skin tone.
