(Only exceptions are trades for art or character, DTAs, FREE raffles, FREE adopts, anything without the involvement of currency)
- This base is made so that you can use to make your own protogen to use it as a ref sheet for your protogen!

I suggest using krita, ms paint can't handle layers so it wouldn't work very well.

In between my last comment and now, we have won. Due to overwhelming backlash, they took down their blacklist which doxxed users. It used to be found on this site: www.primaproto.com/
They still have a less-detailed blacklist on their amino, which is still highly inappropriate: aminoapps.com/c/primaprotooffi…
If you know how to use WaybackArchive, you can view older versions of their official website which maintain the doxxing blacklist.

...That is not doxxing, seriously. You're making it sound like the creator of the species has revealed information like pictures of them, their job, address etc. Posting their social media and 'illegal' character isn't exactly private information and can be easily found on the internet. And the blacklist on amino hasn't been updated in a year and most the links are broken. Hell, most of the users on there is because of them stealing art, heavily referencing the design of the protogen/primagen species designs (Which I think can be actually considered art theft, though I'm not 100% sure on this) and generally harassing and bullying people.
I understand why people are critical of the blacklist when people are put up on there just for making a primagen without paying for one but it isn't a major case of doxxing.

It's important to recognize when people say things that are meaningless.
This is one of those times. There is no such thing as a closed species, and anyone who is saying it has no authority to enforce it. Just jargon.

you do know what a closed species is right? the creators of primigens well, created it. thus it is theirs. unlesss you are an asshole, you have to get permission from the creators before making aprimigen. if you make a primigen without permision, then it isnt a primigen, it's a ripoff.
