for those who aren't aware, the Sodor Lecture at the Talyllyn's Awdry Extravaganza event mentioned three new pieces of Railway Series Lore

For one, Neil survived the cutters torch into modern day
Skarloey worked the standard gauge for a while via conversion wagon (for more context, look up the Guinness Brewery Tramway)
and Topham found a Bloomer in an abandoned shed somewhere, acquired and subsequently restored her for use at galas or excursion trains

i haven't been able to find out exactly where Topham found Bloomer, the stuff i've seen just says he found her in a shed somewhere and subsequently yoinked her
