I forgot to mention I got the idea of showing the WIP of my painting steps from artsyone39! We have very different styles and methods so I thought I'd follow suit. See hers here: [link]

Anyway, at this point I'm just continuing to flesh things out as I had started with the violins before. The most important part right now is just having the contrast at the edges worked out and working out any proportion issues. Any problems in compositions will stick out at this point and you can see I adjusted some things. I need to adjust a lot more things but I won't say what in case I get lazy and decide to leave some of them way they are. I'm not trying to get the likeness of the people in these case but "believable human beings" as my professor used to say. It's not a portrait. I actually took the pose off of the guy from a stock photo of a female violinist and other male elements from another WC stock photo. Similar deal with the other people there. Next I'll continue to fill the empty areas with color and then go back over all the areas over and over again until they're good.
