Lara descended onto the countertop as the giant hand retreated back.She began observing her surroundings immediately.
"Well, this puts things into perspective."
In front and behind her was a countertop that now looked as large as her entire estate.
It was well lit but Lara could hardly see the ends of it in the distance.
Surrounding her were bottles, boxes, mugs and other assorted items that loomed tall.
She was snapped out of her focused state by a sound of what she assumed was a throat clearing.
