Description
This is the pony game The Manor. originally made by: navitaserussirus.deviantart.co… and northernverve.deviantart.com/ which can be found here: navitaserussirus.deviantart.co…I originally made this back in December 2 days after they released the web version. and gave it to him to post as he saw fit(and he seemed quite excited at the time). however it's been 3 months, I've never seen it got posted, and I just remembered it.
if anyone would like to suggest some good background music to drop in, i still have the orignal source files, so i can drop it in quickly.

I'm currently working on another pony game, a web based mud. so stay tuned for that at some point.
edit: alright folks, i've added background music: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpv-Sg… which is from luigi's mansion. i've fixed a few linking problems(not 100% sure if i got all of them, but telescope and Trixie reading the book with twilight+cape is fixed).
Lastly, i've added a Go Back button when you hit a gameover, but this will stack against you as 3 deaths to use, rather than 1 if you start over.

edit3: fixed a couple linking problems, fixed music double-playing, and now Trixie's hat and cap can be legitimately found! =-) good luck in the search!

There's a glitch where (I'm not going to say what it is or it'll spoil it, but hopefully, you know what I'm talking about) if you do a certain action, you're suppose to get +25 karma, but you don't get any (at least, that's what happened on my end).

Did you do the gameover, or the undo(if i'm thinking of the right thing). in order to get the +25, you have to select game over.

Wow fun game.
but i was on my second run though and i got Trixie and Twilight turned into fillies.
The Grandfather clock gameover needs to be fixed, you can't go backwards because the scene has more than 1 page to it so i can't go back to a multichoice decision and thus I lost BIG TIME.

My first attempt got -80, while my second was 360. My primary complaint comes from the overall rather sloppy placement of text all over the images, sometimes running UNDER the HUD which is just a bad design choice period. Also, the fact the HUD is plain text on the image can make it hard to read depending on the image, like the bits and karma count on the scoring screen. You already have text over the image, so a half-transparent black rectangle between the text and image isn't going to obscure the image any further. The choice buttons, at least, appear to at least use their hit frame, which is more than I can say for some of my efforts, and believe me it's very good that this thing got adapted into something a little more user-friendly than flipping through DeviantART pages. For the most part, though, it looks very amateur, though nothing a little cleaning-up won't fix. Nice job.

Thanks for the critismn. When developing it i had 2 choices, either black border around everything, or overlay it onto the screen. I opted to overlay it, which meant alot of positioning/multi-page stuff to make work. however after about 30-40 pages, i decided to stop positioning each individual paragraph, and just position the entire description as best i could. I know it's not perfect, but i only spent about 2-3 days actually making it.

there is a bug, when you finish the game, and click Play Again, it needs to stop the current music before it starts the thing over, so the music wont be overlapping

Flux Capacitor malfunction, Orbital platform fall from orbit, DIRECTLY ONTO TRIXIE.
You see the correct thing to was to go down the left hallway then use the Orbital friendship cannon on the moon so it would reflect back down to target.
You probably got this wrong because there are NO CLUES as to what consequences each action has.

I found a bug: When Trixie ends up alone in that room with the telescope and the choice is given to look into the telescope or not, I cannot click anything and have to reload the whole thing to be able to begin again.
