Updated (29 June 2013) The colours didn't come out as vibrant in prints, so twiddled with levels in photoshop. It took only 2 minutes, and it looks much better now.
"I am Loki of Asgard, and I am burdened with glorious purpose."
That's it folks, 2012 is almost over, and this is my last submission. I thought that it would be fitting for the start of the new year.
Let us all be burdened with glorious purpose, and see you next year.

whoah....Ilove how his eyes light up like that, like he's Voldemort LOL. Very intense and I can see he is inflammed with much passion all through his eyes

Well.. I started out with normal Loki green eyes, and then remembered that he's supposed to be controlled by tesseract, so I made it intensely blue.. In the subject of eye colours, I am never sure what colour Tom Hiddleston's eyes are.. sometimes they're blue and sometimes green..
Anyway.. Voldemort, another evil bastard.. I should paint him too.. hahaha

I definetly like the tweaked reality of his intense eyes. It makes him look crazed, and ready to kill anyone who stops him. The gloomy atmosphere contrasts with his eyes by only making them pop out even more. The whole thing is very moody, and I really feel what he's thinking. I feel scared and tense. BTW....key chain?????????

Bah.. you're a writer though, aren't you? Do whatever you enjoy doing the most, I reckon. When you're frustrated, you need a break. I ended up taking a break from drawing for about 8 years, but I got back into it eventually..

That is my problem. I have been away from drawing for 10+ years and I miss it. But it seems I am no good a drawing digitally. I want to get good but the tutorials just don't do anything for me.

In my experience, rather than following tutorials, just go ahead and draw something.. doesn't matter if you think it's no good.. every time you draw, you improve and learn something..
