Here in Tacoma we have a glass museum [link] with Chiluly's work. The building is really bizar looking too. Part of it is an offset cone shape.

These look like the glass/lights they had on display during the 2002 Olympics in SLC.(I can't remember the artist's name.) Are these in a gallery near you? Excellent captures.

absolutely....mental! I have been staring at it for about 10 minutes, not sure what it is, but i think it could be either a light or a random sculpture. Imagine the work put into that!! *dies*

It doesn't light up, so technically no.

There's one locally that doesn't technically light up, but they light it via spotlights, so via the transative property, it's a chandelier.

Dale Chihuly. His works are amazing to look up at. He had one over here at a museum that I went to and I just stood there like "wow". This seems actually kind of pale or saturated compared to the one I've seen, and the pictures I've seen of his other work. Theyre usually quite bright and colorful and this one seems to be toned down quite a bit. Still gorgeous though. I'd like to see the work he did at the Bellagio in Vegas. Anyway, great photos. Good perspective
