The current 'doc' is too pissed off and more so "bonkers" that his Sith incarnation. He'd just laugh(menecing) and then pull out a BFG(or just his sonic Screwdriver) and blow the dalek up(in a 'clever' way of course...

I can hear the Doctor's thoughts in Tom's voice, and it's hysterically in character.
Suggestion for the next comic: A weeping angel and Ten. The angel's shouting, "Tag! You're it!"
