In the last panel, L never actually lost to Near, but since in the end *ending spoiler alert* Near is the only one survive, I think he can claim that he's the winner of them all

Anyway... surprise! I just found the folder of my old unfinished Death Note comic And I feel like finishing it I might post more of them, if you guys don't mind seeing some DN stuff here again
