In germany, as example the 3 teams are translated as "Weisheit" (Wisdom), "Intuition" (Intuition) and "Wagemut" (Bravery).
Weisheit =
Intuition =
Wagemut =
The names of the birds are also slightly different in germany.
We do not have the fancy Artic-UNO, Zap-DOS and Mol-TRES,
The birds here are translated as "Arktos", "Zapdos" (unchanged and just like in english) and the last "Lavados".
Only a few Pokémon have in english and german the same names due to the fact that the names of Pokémon are mostly based on words of the language you play in.
And honestly, sometimes the german names are much more awesome and cooler than the english ones.
An personal example for that is Gallade; his name here is "Galagladi"
Also Ralts has a much better german name: Its simply "Trasla" which is an anagram of "astral".
