It was a compliment, it has helped me immensley the times I've used it.

I just had a really idiotic teacher who did nothing, and your ONE paper sums up what we spent like, 36 weeks on, which is rather frustrating.

Its very impressive, I especially like your symmetry.

I know what you mean though. I have had some pretty stupid Art Teachers in my day. Many of them try to tech you to draw THIER way. This...is wrong. You teach them the technique...and let the student evolve on his/her own.

ooh, thats a nice philosophy.

I think my best teacher taught me to sketch in watermarks THEN draw in pencil. It now makes my sketch lines invisible to the naked eye.

I think for me the best teacher was this old cartoonist that taught me to lay down pencils, then ink over them...and then erase. seems simple enough now...but when I was 13 it didn't

It wasn't hard to draw, but it was hard to compose the tutorial. There is a ton of information to fit in so small a space.

no worries! all help is appreciated and basic tutorials like this are brill! I cant do tutorials either and I am aware that my anatomy isnt always the best so they always come in useful
