Clockwork got so angry, he regressed into a child.
Sometimes, I think he dislikes having to be the ghost of time, 'cause it is a lot of responsibility to have to watch over the timestream every day and have to deal with Observants, which means no time for a social life or fun time with Inari. The Observants won't let him.
