Striders! Move forth!

About bloody time I did this.

Yes, this is a reference picture of a Strider. And this is Ki'kk'eo, a first-born.

Striders are one of the few "True" OCs that I have. They were actually a mutation and a spin off from the creature I used to make in the game SPORE. (see [link] )

Kinda liked the final design so stuck them as they are. Striders.

They'd appear in the Daemon wars and possibly the battle for scraparp.

Notes

1) Striders have a sharp bladed horn on each leg and arm.
2) Striders all have the same fur colour
3) Striders only have 4 fingers and toes and each end in a claw.
4) Striders are capable of flight. (obviously)
5) The flower-arrangement at the tail is actually a set of feathers that cover a defensive organ at the tip of the tail. Striders are capable of shooting needle spikes at a lethal speed from that organ.
6) Striders are vegetarian. They cannot digest meat for some reason.
7) Striders are resistant to magic, unfortunately they also are incapable of using magic or psyonic abilities.
8) Striders are unusual species in that they only have one sex... technically they're not hermaphroditic either as they only have one type of reproductive organs. All striders are female.
9) Striders lay eggs.
10) The bill of a strider isn't hard. Rather it's more cartilaginous and covered with skin, hence allowing them to smile/frown etc with their beaks just like you will with lips. Their beaks can behave as lips.
