Another Metroid picture.I got the idea to draw it when I was comparing the SA-X with Dark Samus.
Unlike Dark Samus, the SA-X is much more scary and terrifying. In almost every encounter with SA-X, you'll have to run and hide or get killed.
Dark Samus is more like an ordinary boss with Samus' looks. Not even a bit scary.
Sketched with pencil.
The rest was done in Adobe Photoshop CS2.
Took around 8h.

I always freaked out when I had to run from it! But the scariest part was almost at the end when it shows up for the final showdown...

The SA-X is indeed terrifying! The first time I played, after getting the power bombs and get into that room... That encounter had me stuck and I was afraid to play it for a bit. But now it's no problem. ^_^;

I was a bit confused first. SA-X never went after checking the room.
I was like:´"Hey, are you going to leave or what!?" o_O
Then I checked out my new addition.

Nä dom behöver ju inte ändra på spelsättet. Bara ändra designen (lite grann), tona ner färgerna, lägga till lite mer blod och slafs och sedan mycket mörkare miljöer... en ficklampa skulle göra susen!
Men Nintendo siktar ju alltid brett så det får vi noga inte se...

Jo, det læskigaste Metroid ær lætt Fusion. Kan inte dem gøra ett nytt 2D metroid till Wii?
