New character! I originally made the concept for her back in 2016, but it wasn't until a few days ago did I develop her design and character.

Her head is a glass-like dome of sorts that contains a colorless gas that gains color once exposed to air, however, her head would have to be cracked in order for that to happen. I imagine the effect of color appearing in her head to look similar to someone dropping colored ink to water. The gas itself is a potent hallucinogenic and can be any color(s).
