Sorry for the wait everyone, I ran into some difficulties, but it's all good now.
From left to right:
Mac tries to get some rest, but is still in pain after his recovery, hence the scar on his back, including his right arm.
Cheese and Louise coming from a bath. She holds on to Mac's pajamas that he lended to her, showing that she's concerned about his health.
A week later, the doctors notice their "patient" was missng, leaving the room in shambles.
The "patient" who appears to be Mac's new imaginary friend running a muck in the Foster's mansion, starting with the bathroom.
Finally, the imaginary friend reveals himself as Mac's brother.
Questions to focus on: How is this friend his brother? And... why is Mac's right hand still, different?
