This is a 1080P video background that I created in PaintShop Pro.

This digital image is being sold as a reference image for artwork, to be used in approved image manipulated compositions of digital art, and / or as a video background. The buyer agrees to not try to pass off or sell the original image as their own. The buyer can print a copy of the image for their own personal use, but not for gifting or selling to anyone else. The digital license for this image will not pass on to someone else if you choose to no longer use the image. They must purchase the image and rights to use it as everyone else must. The buyer is allowed to create as much artwork referencing any part of this image as they like. If traditional or digital artwork is created from this image, without the actual image being manipulated into the artwork, the buyer is allowed to sell that artwork. If the image is used digitally in a composition the buyer is not allowed to sell without first obtaining permission. This is to confirm that the image is not being used as is. Upon obtaining permission that piece can be sold. If the image is used to created anything the buyer must provide a credit and link to the seller. (Can be found below)
