Description
Her name is Fizzy! This fluid person rises out of her puddle form all full of bubbles. She contains a lot of carbon dioxide which expands her body, giving her depth. Being carbonated also seems to put her in a great mood.
The CO2 can run out over time though, becoming flat in more than one way, as one would come to expect from a some fool OC. Being flat is exhausting, luckily CO2 tanks can recarbonate her. Unfortunately she doesn't bring any with her. It's already a miracle she can stand up, carrying them around would be difficult with her fluid physiology.

Her carbonated state is technically intangible: it's the typical "solid masses displace water" thing that usually happens with real water. When flat, however, she maintains her form significantly easily, and touching her sort of feels like a really damp towel, but smoother.
Another fun texture fact: Her clothes are like pool noodles. Also yeah. Those are bottle glasses.
