Description The assignment: create a non-objective monochromatic piece, with tempera paint (grade nine art class, which I took in my first semester of grade twelve). Ohhhh baby. So yeah this is the first and last time I will ever use tempera paint for anything, ever. This painting is... about two and a half feet by two feet, and it is all wrinkly 'cause I don't know how to paint things with tempera and not make them wrinkly. If the picture quality is crappy, that's because I had to photograph it and I am stupid at photography.

Also, this was one of two pieces I had entered into a local art show. There were four pieces selected from our school by judges, and two were mine (the other being the ink shoes elsewhere in my lil gallery o' fun). I don' t know why they'd pick THIS one. Even though it manages miraculously to look like... an old theater, somehow.
