So recently I've been looking at how the game version of Sonic Boom for Wii U was being developed and I saw how it began as Sonic Synergy and all the stuff that was going to be in it and how better it is compared to the final version. Me personally I found Sonic Boom for Wii U to be an okay game but I still think it could have been a lot more if it was given the proper time and care.

I would really love Big Red Button Entertainment to go back back and give this game another chance and make it the game it was supposed to be, I would definitely support it and I have tons of ideas for not only the game to be remade but become it's own series.

So this is my idea for a Sonic Synergy revival, it would be a series based on story and characters with a bit of humor here and there while still being serious when it needs to be, in this universe Sonic, Tails, Amy and Knuckles have been orphans since they were little and have stuck by each-others side ever since, they've protected the world from Dr Eggman for many years but now they've discovered a new ancient land and meet new friends and battle new foes as they discover their true origins and many of the island's hidden secrets.

The gameplay will be exploration based with combat and platforming but still have the sense of speed from other Sonic games. Many of the ideas that were planned for the original Synergy game would come back here and the characters will be a mix of old and new. The graphics will still be CryEngine3, the playable characters will feature their own unique move sets and the gameplay will be expanded for co-op and overall fun.

The characters will be slightly redesigned with Sonic, Tails, Amy and Knuckles having at least 2 changes (some of which would make them a bit more close to their main series counterparts) and it would be released on all current consoles including the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

The first game that I would have in this series would be "Sonic Synergy: Awakening" which will show the heroes first discovering the ancient world and starting to discover their true heritage.
