( the five toons mourn Sophie's death, until they hear the heart monitor beep again.)Cuphead: *gasps and looks up, sees the flatline now having little sharp bumps on them*
(Mugman takes notice and gasps as well. Boris and Alice too as they listened to the heart monitor. Bendy was still lost in sadness to take notice of the beeping heart monitor, as he still cried on Sophie. and a doctor came in just in time. it was the same nurse that took Sophie and Bendy in the ambulance. Sophie's finger started twitching.
Nurse: Hey... mister... we gotta check on her...
Bendy: She's dead... (hic)
Mugman: Bendy, take a look.
(Bendy takes notice of the beeping heart monitor and gasps)
Nurse: We need to check for any complications that could send her back to death
(Bendy, Cuphead and Mugman went down from the bed, as the nurse started to check on Sophie.)
Nurse: And I’m gonna ask for you all to wait outside for a bit. Until I tell you that you can come in.
(the toons did what the nurse asked them, and went outside. Bendy was still sniffling and shed tears from his pie cut eyes, until he felt Cuphead's hand on his shoulder)
Bendy: C-Cups...
Cuphead: *his eyes were wet as well* Its going to be okay, Bends...the nurse will save her. I'm sure of it.
(30 minutes went by...)
Alice: (praying) please, God... save this sweet innocent soul from the jaws of death...
Cuphead: *he’s been having second thoughts as the minutes went by*
(the nurse then opens the door, looking at the toons)
Nurse: you may come in now.
Bendy: *looks up and gets off his chair*
(he walks over to Sophie, who was breathing again, as it was seen by her falling and rising chest)
Bendy: Sophie... *he goes over and climbs over on her bed*
(Alice, Boris, Cuphead and Mugman look at Bendy and Sophie, the heart monitor's signs indicating she lives.
Sophie was still motionless, and so Bendy places his hand on her cheek)
Nurse: She’s unconscious, but she’ll recover in about ten minutes
Alice: Ten minutes, huh?
Cuphead: okay. we'll wait.
(during the 10 minutes of waiting, the nurse and the other toons waited for Sophie to wake. Bendy's head was on his darling's chest, listening to her heart beating.)
Cuphead: *he continued to stare at Bendy and Sophie, and recalling everything that has happened today. What he was thinking brought depressing thoughts*
Mugman: Cuphead...?
Cuphead: It’s nothing... I... *pauses* Just... thinking...
Mugman: ....
Bendy: *still listening to her heartbeat*
(Sophie's eyes started to twitch, Sophie's head moved as she groans a bit. and Sophie's emerald eyes open, looking up at the ceiling. a lamp's light blinded her, causing her to wince a bit.)
Sophie: Nrgh...
(then she feels something on her chest and looked to see...)
Sophie: B...Bendy...?
Bendy: (Gasps when he hears his name called) Sophie?
(Sophie stared at him for a few seconds. before she moved her hand towards his little toon face and...boops his ''nose'')
Bendy: Sophie!! *gasps and gently hugs her to avoid prolonging the pain*
(Sophie is surprised at the sudden hug, and then slowly returns it. tears filled his eyes at the sight of Sophie #2 alive. his lover was alive. for real. and he gripped onto her tightly.)
Bendy: Sophie! You’re okay! Oh, golly! *sniff* I thought I lost you forever!
Sophie: Of course I'm okay! (holds Bendy tightly to herself) I'm not going anywhere.
Bendy: *sniff, hic* I was so scared! I... thought... I thought...! *quiet sob* I thought it’ll end like that night! I... I... *sniff, hic*
Sophie: Shhh...everything is fine now, Bendy. I'm here, and I won't be leaving you. not now. not ever. (gently places her hands on both sides of his face)
Bendy: *softly sobbing* S-Sophie...A-Am I.... *sniffle* Am I a Monster...?
Sophie: (shakes her head) No. of course not. you are no such thing.
Bendy: How am I not? *sniff*
Sophie: you did a lot of mistakes, and took the wrong path during your grief. but that doesn't make you a monster. your weakness doesn't make you a defect, or some abomination. it makes you....human in a way. In my eyes, you'll always be Bendy...My little Devil Darling.
Bendy: *he was speechless after she said that*
Sophie: my ray of light in the darkness. the only demon with the most adorable smile on the planet.
Bendy: But I... But I... I did so many wrong and unforgivable things!
Sophie: which is why I forgive you...
Bendy: ...
Sophie: Bendy...nothing you do will ever change the way I feel about you.
Bendy: Do you really mean that? *sniffle*
Sophie: Of course I do, Bendy. I love you a ton.
Bendy: *the tears filled his eyes again*
Sophie: and don't you ever forget it.
Bendy: *he released a sob*
(Sophie nuzzled his face tenderly. proving that the Lythian's feelings for the little cartoon devil will never diminish, no matter what.)
Bendy: I'll never be able to live on with myself...if you died for good...! the pain will be worse than ever since the other Sophie died.
Sophie: Bendy...
Bendy: Sophie...after what happened just now, I am Never...EVER Letting you out of my sight again! I don’t want to lose you!
Sophie: You won't lose me... I'm not going anywhere without you.
Bendy: But, what if... one day... *sniff* I lose you again... but this time... for good?
Sophie: if that were to happen I'll be watching you from afar, and when you call my name, I'll be there by your side. or...I will reveal myself and hold you in my arms, telling you that I'm always there for you. now, and forever.
Bendy: *whimpers as tears continued to drip*
Sophie: I love you a ton, Bendy....never forget it.
Bendy: I love you a ton too! And I’ll never forget that! *sniff* Never! *hic* I swear it!
(Sophie smiled. hearing that nearly brought her to tears. she leaned in and gently places her lips on Bendy's, causing his pie cut sparkly eyes to widen.)
Bendy: Mmph..! Q/////Q
*then he gently closes his eyes and kisses back*
(Sophie's arms go around his back, holding him close to herself. Bendy's arms gently go around her neck as he tearfully kissed her deeply. Sophie's grip on the little toon tightens a little, as she held the kiss. Sophie let one tear escape her eye, as she places her hands around her little devil darling, holding him as close to herself as she could.)
(then Bendy pulls away from her, his tears was still coming out like there was a heavy flood in them. He used his scarred arms to wipe away the tears and even attempt to stop them, but still failed and still cried.)
Sophie: (gently nuzzles his head) Don't cry, my little Devil...
Bendy: (nuzzles back) I-I’m sorry... *sniff, hic*
Sophie: Its okay...
Boris: We're so glad you're okay, Sophie 2#! (hugs Sophie and she returns the hug)
Alice: (wipes away a few tears from her eyes) thank goodness!
Mugman: Thank goodness, you’re okay, Sophie #2. you really scared us.
Sophie: (looks at Cuphead and slowly waving back at him) U-Uhh...Hi, Cups...
Cuphead: Hey. *he gave Sophie a wave*
(Cuphead had a lot to say to Sophie after all that has happened. he felt like he owed an apology for what he did to her and the little devil darling in his grief that blinded him.)
Cuphead: Sophie #2? I just wanna say... sorry for being such a pain in the butt.
Sophie: its fine...
Cuphead: *but he didn’t take a simple ‘It’s fine.’ He had a lot in his mind and it was becoming a burden he’s been bearing for too long* I was so blinded by sadness, I too didn’t even let Mugman comfort me. I got too blinded by rage to even go and give Bendy a hug. *bends down a bit and hugs his stomach and chest as tears leaked out* And look what happened now. I became a soulless beast who doesn’t care about anything but himself. And now he has to suffer the consequences of his actions now. I always thought Sophia would be happy if Bendy pays for his actions that he inflicted on her that night. But I guess I was so wrong, she wishes I’m in Hell as well. What would she think of me... or us... if she was still here?
Sophie: well... *remains silent for a few seconds, and then speaks up* you wouldn't believe me if I told you this but... when I died, I saw her.
Bendy: *looks up when she said that* You what?
Sophie: Its true...I saw Sophie 1# herself.
Bendy: Was she angry...? was she like I always said... hateful of me? Did she have those wounds that I gave her...? *feels anxious when he remembered that look in the human girl’s eyes. So dull, so dead, soulless*
Sophie: no...she had none of these features you described.
(Bendy and the toons continue to listen)
Sophie: it happened when everything went dark... I saw myself in a very dark place. and I couldn't see a thing.
(flashback)
Sophie was seen in her Knight form, floating in a really dark place. then she hears a wicked laughter, echoing.
Sophie: What the Hell...??
(then she sees a dark pit with shadowy tentacles grabbing her feet)
Sophie: !!
*the tentacles were trying to bring her down, hysterical, creepy laughter ringing from the bottom*
Sophie: Ghg...!! What is this?! (Her angel wings spring out as she tries to pull herself away from the tentacles' grip as hard as she could.) Let...Let GO OF ME!!
*The creepy laughter continued as it continued to pull it down, other tentacles soon going to grab her arms and other leg. Sophie continued struggling as hard as she could against the tentacle's grip, but they were too strong. her efforts were futile*
*And within the shadows, bright flashes of light sliced the tentacles holding Sophie down in half*
Sophie: ?!
*the other tentacles who weren’t trying to grab Sophie was also sliced in half, the tentacles disintegrating after being cut*
Sophie: what the hell was that...?
*there was a bright glow*
(Sophie gasps as she takes notice of the glowing light.
*and it came from a teenage girl in a majority of shades of purple and she had an amethyst on her head. A white winged unicorn on her shirt, a pink skirt, and glasses. Her right wing was feathered and her left was a bat wing, both in purple auras. But the rest of her, a white aura surrounds her)
Sophie: ....Sophie 1#?
Sophia: *waves* Sup? *then dashes down to where the tentacles are coming from, where screaming replaced the laughter* I. Am done. WITH YOUR BULLSHIT!!!!
(and a huge explosion follows, as a bloodcurling agonizing scream came out of the unknown entity. Sophie covers her eyes from the light coming from the explosion. and the dark place...didn't appear so dark anymore. the background had shades of purple around them.)
Sophia: *she flew back up and she returned to her normal (well fantasy) form of herself, stopping herself in front of the Lythian Knight*
Sophie: Sophie 1#...
Sophia: It was a demon who 1. Played as me during Bendy’s grief era 2. Fed off negative energy. She annoys the hell outta me.
(Sophie remained silent)
Sophie: you...saw everything, didn't you?
Sophia: *sigh* Yep. Every last second of it.
Sophie: Then...you must've seen what happened just now. (the wounds Bendy inflicted on her appeared on her chest. they were exactly like the ones Sophie 1# had, but the Lythian had holes added to her due to Bendy's claws piercing through her chest.)
Sophia: *winces and looks away* And after that, I admit, I am so mad at Bendy for not waking up sooner. Equally as much as Cuphead.
Sophie: I know... I had to punch Bendy in the face real hard so he'd open his eyes. but I succumbed to my wounds later on. now that he's finally awake, he regrets everything and thinks you hate him now for what he did in his grief era, until now. and I can say the same for Cuphead.
Sophia: *sighs* They still don’t get after I gave them spiritual message every damn day.
Sophie: Well, they were too lost in their sorrows to even notice. you can't blame them for being so ignorant.
Sophia: Yeah. I know. *sighs* Honestly, seeing them this broken made me wish that there was another way for a ghost to reveal themselves. Dreams weren’t enough, since they’ve been fooled by the demon I just killed. When I saw them break friendships that day, it broke my heart.
Sophie: I tried my best to help Bendy in his grief, but he pushed me away every single time. he even did the same for Boris, and Alice, and anyone who tried to console him. I was by far the greatest reminder of you. our names, our personalities are the same, even if we're both different species, different ages, and not to mention, only one of us wears glasses. anyway Bendy lost it again tonight, and went on a rampage to get revenge on anyone who harmed him, both toons and humans alike, I fought him head on, but then...well...the rest you probably already know. and after I died, those two already know...just how much their sadness and hatred blinded them to all reason. and the devastating consequences that followed.
Sophia: I know. Thanks for trying. But now, since you’re pretty much dead at the moment, I can feel their fears rising. After all, my death caused a big change.
Sophie: fears?
Sophia: Yeah. Bendy murdered some people. Cuphead almost did the same. Now after you died, I keep getting a bad feeling they’ll get anxious going out into the world or worlds... Not to mention some people will suffer just like them and end up wishing them dead.
Sophie: (looks down a bit) I wish I can be brought back to life so that it wouldn't happen. for Bendy....and for Cuphead too.
Sophia: I stopped ya just in time. Because it actually gave me the chance to at least spend a bit more time with another Sophie I know and trust. And also, send a message to the two just so they can grieve properly.
Sophie: A Message?
Sophia: Yeah.
Sophie: what do you want me to tell them?
Sophia: Tell them that I’m mad at them for not waking up sooner, but also heartbroken that they are still unable to find the comfort they needed. I wanted them to keep living as their old selves, not living and crying all the way. They should’ve come to talk to their loved ones instead of pushing them away. And tell them that I was always there, watching over them. And the faker was a fake me. And tell them that I will always love them. Forever.
(the flashback ends with Sophie 2# saying the exact same message to Bendy and Cuphead. the little demon listened and his eyes were watering from what he was hearing, Cuphead felt his eyes welling up with tears as well from what she just told them.)
Sophie: and then she knocked me back here and tell you everything.
Bendy: *full of disbelief* S-She... She really... told you that...?
Sophie: of course she did Bendy...if she didn't then I wouldn't be alive by now.
Bendy: *he covered his eyes and shook*
Sophie: and to tell the truth, I'm also a little bit mad at you and Cuphead for not waking up sooner.
Bendy: *sniff, hic*
Cuphead: *sniff, whimper*
Sophie: you both were complete idiots... (sighs) but I'd never hate you for it. and neither does Sophie 1#.
Bendy: She gets to reveal herself to you... and not to me... *hic*
Sophie: ....
Cuphead: We were too blinded by grief and locked our sister away...
Bendy: Why? I wanted to see her for so long! After I found out she died! *sniff*
Cuphead: we were such big idiots...! she probably wouldn't want to show herself to us after all the things we did in our sorrows.
Bendy: *softly sobs at that answer. It was clear he wanted to see his sister, but because of what he did, she didn’t want to see him anymore. she really did give up on him and Cuphead. didn't she?*
(Sophie sighs heavily, not knowing what to say, until she remembers what else Sophie 1# told her before she brought her back here.)
Sophie: Shit...I nearly forgot something else she wanted me to tell you...
Bendy: *sniff* W-What?
Sophie: She told me you two need to go outside and see the night sky. there's something she wants to show you.
Bendy: But the people... what about you... I... I don’t...
Sophie: hey, its okay... (pats the little devil's head) I'll be coming along with you.
Bendy: A-Are you sure? You’re hurt though!
Sophie: I'll be fine, don't worry.
Bendy: O-Okay. *wipes his eyes*
(Sophie got up from the bed with the nurse's aid. she and the toons walked outside of the hospital, carrying Bendy in her arms. it felt like an eternity since she last carried him around. he held on to her tight, a bit scared since... he knows what the world thinks of him now. the whole world will know what he did to the Lythian and countless other innocent people. Sophie's presence was a bit...calming and comforting. and even though it is, he can still feel the guilt in him. and Sophie knew that. once she and the toons, and the nurse were outside of the hospital they gazed up at the night sky.)
Nurse: So, why did you all want to go outside?
Sophie: A Friend of ours wants to show us something. its....uhh...difficult to explain in words.
(they all wait for 3 minutes, until...a shooting star appeared. followed by two more.)
Bendy: Shooting... stars?
Cuphead: Why are there shooting stars? Is Hilda Berg doing something or what?
Sophie: No. I don't think so.
(more shooting stars appeared in the sky. and soon, they see a figure of a certain teenage girl clothed in purplendy: *gasps when he saw the teen girl in purple appear in the sky with a white aura, making her look like she’s glowing)
Bendy: *gasps when he saw the teen girl in purple appear in the sky with a white aura, making her look like she’s glowing* N-No way...
Cuphead: *he stared with disbelief* T-That’s...!
Sophie: Yep... that's her.
Sophia: *she goes down from the night sky and lands on the ground* Hey, guys!
Bendy: *he had his hand over his mouth, tearing up from the sight of his sister*
Cuphead: S-Sis...
Bendy: *he couldn’t stand it anymore and he jumped out of Sophie’s arms and ran to the spirit* SIS!!!
(Bendy and Cuphead ran to her)
Sophia: *kneels down to let the two toons hug her*
*Mugman too ran to Sophie 1#, and all 3 toons started to cry on her heavily*
Sophia: *smiles and hugged them tightly as the three sobbed loud like children*
