Description
a doodle of little Gianna in the Arctic Ocean, meeting Noel for the first time. lets just say, the little Panthalassan helped a poor harp seal pup reunite with its family, and a friendly Orca to find his pod, which caught the attention of the little Indigo Mermaid Princess. she wanted to get a closer look at the other girl, who saw her and immediately went to hide. Noel chased after her, not wanting her to run away.

Gianna then hid in an underwater ice cavern, hoping to not get spotted. but Noel found her, looking at her curiously as Gianna froze there, in fear. Noel assured her that she won't hurt her, and looking at her expression, which was sincere, the Panthalassan felt more at ease as the fear faded. Noel wondered about what she was doing in her home, and Gianna told her everything, from beginning to end. so now, hearing of other Panthalassans hiding in the surface above the sea, she also wanted to hide herself away since she had nowhere else to go. Noel asked her if this was really what she wanted, since the human world isn't safe either from its own atrocities. Gianna replies that it was better than nothing, since she experienced many bad things in the ocean abyss at such a young age, she wanted to run away from it all. she had no place, no home, or family left, and no one to confide in.

Noel felt sympathetic for the Panthalassan Princess that was at least two years older than her, and had an idea. there is a city near her palace where she can live in. the merfolk of the Arctic are quite gentle and warm, even to strangers. but she had to keep her identity as a Panthalassan Princess a secret. after all, no one could forget what happened to her predecessor during the war against the King of the Panthalassa, Gianna's biological father. at the mention of her father, Gianna became really sad over the fact that she is the daughter of the one who killed the previous Mermaid Princesses. Noel saw this and hugged her gently to console her, telling her that even if she is the Panthalassa King's daughter, she made the right choice by escaping the dark abyss and defect to the side of good. Noel was the first to see the goodness in Gianna's heart, which made the little Panthalassan Princess put down the walls she built around herself and let the Indigo Mermaid Princess into her life.
and from then on, they became friends.

Gianna had a place to call home, in the arctic ocean kingdom. she lived in the city near the castle, often playing around with Noel and the other sea creatures that lived there. and soon enough, would be friends with another Mermaid Princess, who hails from the North Atlantic Ocean.
