A character sheet I developed for my comic.

The unlabeled boxes:
top long one: name and title, etc
top small: key colours
second to the top long: tagline, song, etc (random tidbit to accentuate character)
Bottom big one: portrait/drawing etc

Also, if you want it with different colours, or a different pattern/texture overlay, just let me know. I'm going to make them match the colour schemes of my characters, and I'd be happy to make them match yours. Just include color values for the background, text, and boxes, and links to the textures you want overlaid.
