Description
For those of you who are interested in the world of Nevermore (and not just my character illustrations) I will be working on flushing out more of the history and workings of the Heavensystem world... so the characters seem less like a few drawings and comic pages and more real life.Thats the plan anyways =o and for those keeping track, our story starts off on the continent of Errion right about at that Elven forest of Nerventhuill.
Oh yes, the parchment look to the map was used with handy tutorial.

Oh yeah, thats pretty much what I am doing with my own manga. I wanted to make it seem more real by adding more stuff to it (which I really need to get around to writing bios) but its fun stuff making up your own world. Then of course suckering friends to cosplay the characters is just as fun XD

Other then the tutorial to get the old paper look, the map was drawn out by me and colored, then labeled. I even made my own custom brushes for the mountains and trees, and the design for the compass

Well everything was hand drawn and then scanned, the tutorial I linked was how I got the colors... the hardest part is just coming up with all those names lol, but good luck

Nah, you're good. Plains is the correct spelling for flat areas of land.
Unless of course, they are grand planes of existence or geometric concepts.
Awesome map, by the way. It really inspires me to get on and finally try and create one.
