Description
The Eldin Region is largely set within the Eldin Mountain Range. Because of this, much of it is covered in rocky terrain and not much else. A standout feature is Death Mountain, the widest and largest mountain in Hyrule. About halfway up the volcano is Goron City, founded by the Goron tribe. Traveling north, the region gets less hot and more...just warm. Veil Falls, which is said to hold the gateway to the Sky Realm, lies to the north. Further north is Gut Check Rock, which originated as a trial of strength and endurance for the Goron people, which sits on the edge of the Eldin Chasm, the steepest elevation drop in Hyrule.
