The Necluda region of Hyrule is one of the smallest, although it is very important to Hyrulean history. The region has close ties to the capital district of Hyrule, as it was supposedly founded by the Sheikah tribe, who have had close ties to the Royal Family since the foundation of Hyrule. The region sits on the Bay of Dinraal, although most of the region feels very inland, because of the large presence of hills surrounding the region. The Dueling Peaks in the west serve as a natural landmark for the region, as well as separate it from the plains of northern Hyrule. The population center of the region is Kakariko, one of the oldest, yet still smallest, towns in Hyrule. Kakariko has been torn down and rebuilt up so many times throughout its long history, but it remains quaint and peaceful. It also hosts a flourishing economy from lots of trade with Goron City in the Eldin region. The region is home to some underappreciated gems of history. The Lost City of Rasia lies in the northern Umbra Hills. The southern hills host the still-in-use Necluda Graveyard, one of the biggest grave sites in Hyrule, and home to the graves of many deceased Royal Family members. It even hosts the House of the Dead, an ancient site used as a mausoleum, a torture chamber, a prison, a temple of worship, a real estate agency, and now a historical monument.
