I love the wings, and your color choices. You were right to do it in blue tones rather than purple. The highlights are well done and the shading is nice. The pose reminds me of a pic I saw of Chi from Chobits. Don't know if you were thinking that or not when you drew it. I also like her hair. It seems realistic. There is only one thing that bothers me. Her head looks like it is too big for her body. To me she looks like her head is so big she would topple over. That's just my observation. It may not be that her head is too big, but rather that her neck is too small. I can't tell. But other than that, great pic!

Very well done! Well defined, yet soft wings, the folds kick ass, and the hail looks so well defined, as it it was drawn almost strand by strand.
