Description
Lord Redshift - a renegade from the race of cosmic beings known as the Higher Powers who established his own sprawling empire.

The Higher Powers got mentioned in Apex Society #6 but I haven't done anything with them yet. They're also the source of the so-called K-Energy from that story. Obviously, they're pastiches of Jack Kirby's cosmic stuff, particularly his New Gods. Anyway, I thought I'd start designing some of them beyond the one that already appeared (Empyrea). Lord Redshift himself is an overlord type, but not with the pure elemental evil of Darkseid (Redshift's brother Nihilos will be a sort of Darkseid/Thanos mashup).
