Description
So as of late I have been studying a lot of WW2 in school, and it got me thinking about our RP how Specter really doesn't HAVE a flag. Really, no description of his logo, flag, or anything has been created and it's hard to convey what it looks like just with words, so using a few resources off of the net I created this.

Using a flag creator to get the black and red background (a reference to Specter's AE1 clothing colors, and the fact technically Specter is powerful, thus the black and red) and going on the web for about an hour let me find his AE1 logo. Finally after getting the flag fold texture off of DA, I used GIMP to add the "In Specter We Trust" tagline and the "Power, Control, Domination" tagline below his logo. I wanted something more bold, threatening and admittedly evil looking. Its still pretty close to his flag on the crumbling castle level of AE1, just more boss looking. So now all of the rp'ers can know what their greatest enemies flag looks like.
