Haha awesome she is one of the hottest, well when she is back to her old body at least. Otherwise she is one of the most stupidest characters that need to be killed off, but because she is hot, i will look past her being annoying.

This is a fine picture indeed. I do have one comment to make, though. Since she is an arrancar isn't she supposed to have a hollow hole somewhere on her body. In this picture, you pretty much see all of it and there's no hollow hole to be seen. On that note, when checking her Bleach Wiki article, none of the images of her adult form show a visible hollow hole. Odd.
Makes me think the mangaka wanted her to be primarily eye candy. I have one thing to critique about the illustration. The different style of illustration for the people in the reflection is a little jarring when contrasted with how Nel is illustrated.

LOL, that is freaking brilliant! As usual, the character design/scenery/lighting is just perfect but what really does it for me is what you drew in the reflection of the mirror. That just really ties the whole thing together in a very stylish and comedic way.
