FINALLY got a proper ref + redesign on this guy. hes literally 9 years old in real time what a champ

his design history is wild to me bc he has barely changed like.. at all.. the whole time

(this is an insane comparison of my artstyle through the years too omfg)

i always knew he was light blue, had a funny mohawk, darker markings on his wings, fletcher tail, etc

the gold color and snowy owl aspects came later, but still are pretty deeply ingrained in his concept to me

his journey with me as i grew up is just incredibly special to me, i wish i could show my younger self what he would grow to become!!
