This is a design I did a few years ago, during development of The Puppet Thief. The concept was that there would be this guy you thought was the vllain, but who was actually a victim himself, being manipulated by someone else. The design turned out to be a little less realistic than what the game wound up looking like, but I always liked the spindly scarecrow look to this guy.
